Welcome to Palooka Combat Store! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Orders & Payment  
- Orders are processed automatically upon payment.  
- Prices include applicable VAT where required.  
- Payment is charged immediately upon order placement.  
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2. Production  
- Products are manufactured on-demand after order placement.  
- Production time is typically 2–5 business days.  
- No inventory is held in stock.  
- Quality control is performed before shipping.

3. Shipping & Delivery  
- Orders are fulfilled by third-party partners (e.g., Printful).  
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.  
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.  
- Delivery delays caused by carriers or customs are beyond our control and not compensated.  
- You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

4. Returns & Refunds  
- Returns are accepted only for defective or misprinted items.  
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.  
- We follow Printful’s return policy.

5. Intellectual Property  
- All designs, images, and content are copyright protected.  
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale of our products or designs is strictly prohibited.  
- All content on this site is the property of Rudak Oy or its licensors.

6. User Content & Moderation  
- You may not post unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.  
- We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.  
- Under the Digital Services Act, users will be notified of content removal and have the right to appeal.

7. Data Protection  
- We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).  
- Your personal data is processed securely and only for purposes necessary to fulfill your order.

8. Limitation of Liability  
- Our liability is limited to the product purchase price.  
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.  
- Our quality guarantee covers manufacturing defects only.

- Disputes will be resolved in Finnish courts unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
