### SHIPPING POLICY

All products are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printful. This means each item is produced individually after your order is placed, which may result in longer delivery times than typical retail items.

#### PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
- **Production time:** 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- **Shipping to the United States:** 3–6 business days
- **Shipping to the European Union:** 5–10 business days
- **Shipping to other international destinations:** 7–20 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and do not include potential delays due to customs, carrier issues, or seasonal volume.

#### SHIPPING COSTS
- Shipping costs are **calculated automatically at checkout** based on destination, product type, and quantity.
- **Free shipping** is available on orders over **€100**.
- International rates vary by destination and carrier.

#### TRACKING
- A **tracking number** will be provided via email once your order is shipped.
- You can track your package on the carrier’s website.
- For high-value orders, delivery confirmation may be required.

#### CUSTOMS & TAXES
- International orders may be subject to **customs duties, VAT, or import taxes**, depending on the destination country.
- These fees are **not included** in the product or shipping price and are the **responsibility of the customer**.
- We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
- For most destinations, Printful ships orders using Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning the customer pays any applicable fees upon delivery.
- For select destinations (e.g., Canada and the UK), Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) may be available if live rates are enabled.

#### DELIVERY PARTNERS
- Orders are shipped via trusted third-party carriers (e.g., DHL, UPS, FedEx, local postal services).
- Printful automatically selects the most efficient carrier based on destination and shipping method.

#### ADDRESS FORMAT
- Please ensure your shipping address is correctly formatted and includes all necessary details.
- For international orders, use **Roman letters and Arabic numerals** to avoid delivery issues.

#### SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
- Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as holidays, strikes, or customs delays.
