### RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our products are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printful. This means each item is printed and produced individually after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
#### DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
- Claims must be submitted within **30 days** of delivery.
- Please email **photo evidence** of the issue to: **palooka.contact@gmail.com**
- If the claim is approved, we will **replace or refund** the item at no cost. We will choose the most appropriate solution based on the issue and product availability.
#### CANCELLATIONS
Due to the nature of our production process, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. All products are made-to-order and production may begin shortly after purchase.
#### CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
- All sales are **final** for custom or personalized items once production has started.
- No returns are accepted unless there is a **manufacturing error**.
#### RETURN PROCESS
- Products are fulfilled by **Printful**, a third-party print-on-demand provider.
- Printful does **not accept returns** for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or color. Please double-check size charts and product details before ordering.
- Do not send items directly to Printful. If a product is returned to Printful without prior approval, it may be **donated or discarded** after 30 days.
